I just placed an order, so when will my stuff ship?
All orders that are received Monday thru Friday before 3 pm pst will ship the very same day unless shipping details state otherwise on the item description you have purchased. Orders received after the 3 pm pst mark will ship the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following business day of the following week. Orders that are awaiting payment will NOT ship until payment is received.
How much time can I expect for my order to arrive?
Domestic customers that selected Flat Rate shipping should allow anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for their order to arrive as we utilize Media Mail postage for this option. Domestic customers that upgraded to priority mail can expect their order to arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International customers can expect their goods within 10 business days as well.
I have not received my order yet, where is it?

I just received my order, thanks. But I received a vinyl color I did not select?
We run a very tight ship over here and our inventory is pretty darn accurate. If you received a color different from what color you ordered, please email us and we will dig into it.
Who will you guys work with and what items are you currently accepting?
We are currently open to working with any and all artists, bands, record labels, authors & publishers. Right now we are accepting compact discs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, clothing, assorted merch, books, zines & various publications. In the very near future, we will be accepting a wide array of merchandise such as footwear, equipment and gear accessories.
I want Punk N Junk Mailorder to sell my releases and merch. So how does it work?
We gladly take your items in on consignment and pay you at the beginning of each month based on items sold the previous month. Shoot us an email to get started or visit our JOIN US! section.
I play in a band that has no record label. Can we submit our self-released records to sell?

Do you guys do trades with other labels and distros?
Unfortunately, we do not. Sorry.
Do you guys buy wholesale from record labels or publishers?
We only buy goods wholesale from independent distributors of established record labels and publishers. So have your label, distributor or publishing house get in touch!
I run a record shop/distro/mailorder. Do you guys sell at wholesale rates?
